The heavy reverb treatment on the vocal harks back a few decades and creates a nice contrast to the serene melody, string loop and subtle skanks. This one begins fairly innocuously with a techno kick and a few sounds weaving in and out. This is only the beginning. Slowly the sounds weave and build into an intense crescendo, the first of many. The offbeat bass, the de-tuned stabs, the percussive layers keep on intensifying, and the energy keeps on increasing throughout. This would tear up dancefloors!
